What is your warranty? What does it cover?

Different products and components have different warranties. Please refer to Guaranties policy.
What if my product arrives damaged?

Although we use sturdy packaging and a reasonable packing method, unforeseen circumstances during transportation from our factory to the customer's warehouse may cause product damage. If this happens, please take photos of each damaged item and send them to us as soon as possible. We will provide a free replacement in your next order.
What is your lead time?

Typical lead time for general orders are 5 to 6 weeks.
How long does shipping take?

Customers should plan to have their mirrors shipped at least one month before they need them outside China.
When will my order go into production?

After an order is placed, engineering drawings are created by us. They must be approved by a customer, and a deposit received, before the order goes into production.
Can I see a sample?

Before placing a formal order, we recommend that you check our sample to ensure you receive a satisfactory product. A sample fee is required in advance, which can be deducted from the final order. The shipping cost can either be paid by you or included in the sample fee, but it is non-refundable.
