Our Comprehensive Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our mirrors, offering a robust warranty to protect your investment. Here's a breakdown of our warranty policy:

Standard Mirrors (Non-Illuminated)

• Bracket Integrity: The brackets affixed to the mirror's back using high-strength adhesive are guaranteed to remain securely attached for the lifetime of the mirror.

• Mounting Hardware: When installed correctly, the provided expansion tubes and screws are warranted against detachment for the lifetime of the installation.

• Mirror Surface: Under normal conditions, including regular cleaning and maintenance, and avoidance of prolonged exposure to saltwater or excessive humidity, the mirror surface is warranted against oxidation, blackening, and bubbling for a period of 5 years.

Illuminated Mirrors

• Mirror and Mounting Components: The mirror itself and its mounting components are covered under the same lifetime and 5-year warranties as our standard mirrors.

• Electrical Components: All electrical components, including LED lights, drivers, wiring, defoggers, and switches, are warranted for 5 years.

Damage During Shipping

Replacement: In the unlikely event that your mirror arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damage and send them to our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you in your next order.

Disclaimer

• Proper Installation: Mirrors must be installed according to the provided instructions, ensuring secure attachment to a sturdy wall with properly tightened screws.
For safety reasons, illuminated mirrors must be installed by a certified electrician.

• Regular Maintenance: Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the mirror's appearance and longevity. Keep the mirror surface and edges free from stains and promptly clean any spills of toiletries such as shampoo or shower gel.

• Exclusions: Damage caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered under this warranty.
