1.Due to the long distances and extended transit times associated with shipping our goods internationally from China by sea, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in cases of product quality issues, where we will provide replacements on a case-by-case basis.
2. We currently accept payments in US dollars, EUR, and CNY. US Dollars is the default currency, and these details will be clearly stated in the proforma invoice.
3. Our prices do not include bank fees. Please do not select the option to share bank fees with the beneficiary when making your payment
4. We currently only accept payments via bank transfer. We do not accept credit card payments, personal remittances, or other payment methods. Our beneficiary's name is: ZHUOTAI SANITARY WARE CO., LTD. To prevent telecommunications network fraud, we do not easily change our banking details. If changes are necessary, we will confirm them via telephone call.
5. Regardless of the trade terms, all destination charges, including but not limited to customs duties, port fees, receiving charges, and inland transportation fees, are the responsibility of the consignee.
6. Before the order goes into production, we will provide detailed product drawings to the customer for confirmation. These drawings will include comprehensive information such as precise dimensions, material specifications, and manufacturing processes. Once production commences, these drawings cannot be modified.
7. Quotations, lead times, and shipping dates are subject to change based on variations in product quantity, dimensions, drawings, or other details.
8. Because of the natural factors, tolerances of glass for dimensions are ±5mm. Light colors, brightness and lumen output and power requirements are calculated based on component specifications and may vary from actual.
9. Additional costs may arise from alterations to the order or drawings.
10. The price includes secure full container sea freight packaging. For less than container load (LCL) shipments, packaging modifications are required, and the price will need to be recalculated.
11. The delivery date is an approximate estimate and depends on when the deposit is received and the drawings are confirmed.
12. Expedited order processing may be subject to a surcharge. Please contact us for a quotation.
13. In the event of an order cancellation by the customer, written notification must be provided within 48 hours of order confirmation. Should cancellation occur after the aforementioned 48-hour period but prior to the receipt of the deposit, a cancellation fee of 25% will be applied.
14. Customer deposits are non-refundable.
15. Production commencement is contingent upon receipt of the customer's deposit. Dispatch of goods will occur solely upon receipt of full payment from the customer, unless otherwise stipulated. Customers are responsible for the expeditious processing of all payments to facilitate adherence to requested delivery schedules
16. Orders that cannot be shipped due to unpaid balances or customer inability to receive goods will incur storage fees, and the warranty period will commence. Payment of all outstanding invoices and storage fees is required prior to final shipment.
17. For completed orders with overdue payments, all unpaid invoices will incur a finance charge at a rate of 1.1% per month (13.2% per annum).
18. Our liability, including but not limited to claims arising from our services or products, any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property related to these terms and conditions, and any other claims, shall not exceed the price paid to us by the customer for the products and services.
19. Claims for damage caused by packaging during shipping must be made and supported with evidence within 15 days of receiving the goods.
20. We reserve the right to photograph and video products purchased or installed by customers or their agents and to use these photographs and videos for marketing purposes. We retain all rights to our products, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
21. The terms and conditions in this document take precedence over all other terms and conditions. Any disagreement with any part of these terms and conditions must be raised in writing within 48 hours of receipt, or it will be deemed as acceptance.
22. In the event that customer trademarks, patented designs, or other proprietary intellectual property are utilized on products or packaging, the customer shall be required to establish their lawful right to use said intellectual property and to indemnify us against any and all claims of infringement.
