  • Q What is your production capacity?

    A This is particularly important if you are an importer with big demand. Our production equipment and workers allow us to make 12,000 pcs(around 10x40HQ containers) mirrors monthly.

  • Q What is your MOQ?

    A We are quite flexible for minimum order quantity although there is a basic requirement for some special designs. We usually ask from 20 pcs to 30pcs for a model. Actually we understand a sample order is necessary before importing large quantities. Instead of doing it all at once, you are welcome to order a small quantities or just take a sample to evaluate quality.

  • Q How do you ensure the product compliance?

    A Our product complies with requirement from most countries. They are tested or certificated by the third company such as SGS and ITS. We’ll provide proof of compliance with various regulations, both locally and internationally. Sample inspection also can ascertain this.

  • Q Can the products be customized?

    A Yes,most of our bathroom LED mirrors can be designed by the customers. Just please send us dimension, appearance or any personalization feature you are going to add. 

  • Q How do you make quality inspection?

    A Firstly before you place an order, we’ll make at least two completed samples and one of them will be sent to your office. This will ensure everything meets your requirement. Our production department will produce your order according to the sample strictly. Before loading the goods, we can send you photos or samples again so that you can have a final check.

  • Q What is your payment?

    A Usually our customers used to make payment by T/T, 30% deposit and 70% before loading. You also can open a L/C at sight to our bank to start our cooperation.
